The undefeated Guzman continued his rise on August 1 in Las Vegas, earning a unanimous decision victory over Oakland’s Aaron Coley on the William Zepeda vs. Lamont Roach Jr. undercard. The performance marked another important step forward in the young prospect’s career and extended his unbeaten record to 11 victories, eight by knockout.

Earlier this year, Guzman earned another hard-fought unanimous decision over two-time national champion Julian Delgado at Honda Center, showcasing his poise, discipline and ability to adapt against quality opposition.
The Orange, California native has continued to evolve with every fight, combining his natural power with a relentless pressure style that has become his trademark.
